How to read AAMS Inspection Report

Section #1

This section contains the following:

  • Customer Name
  • Mailing Address
  • Site Address
  • Home Phone Number
  • Permit Number as assigned by the Permitting Authority
  • Permitting Agency
  • Brand of System
  • AAMS Customer Number
  • Current Contract Dates
  • Inspection Number
  • Subdivision that AAMS has listed for it’s records.

Section #2

This section contains the following:

  • What type of visit we made to your property
  • The date of the visit
  • The technician that was performed the visit

Section #3

This section contains the following:

  • Sludge Levels of tanks
  • Chlorine levels
  • Functionality of system component’s

When a system component is marked as Non-Operational, there should be further information in the comments section of the report.

Section #4

This section will contain the following:

  • Any comments regarding needed repairs or attention.
  • Notes about any work that was performed.
  • Items for the homeowner to handle.
  • Overall comments in regards to the health of the system.

Please pay close attention to this section of the report. We do require your authorization before we do any repairs.  You may email or call us with your authorization.
