A grinder pump is a wastewater conveyance device. Waste from water-using household appliances flows through the home’s pipes into the grinder pump’s holding tank. Once the wastewater inside the tank reaches a specific level, the pump will turn on, grind the waste into a fine slurry, and pump it to the central sewer system or septic tank.

We service most grinder pumps, basins, and control panel types.

We recommend a complete grinder pump basin wash down, visual inspection, and debris removal with a visual float operation every year.  Things end up in the basin that should not be there.  Kids, guest, and tenants are not aware that you cannot flush whatever you want.  Even cotton balls can lock up your typical grinder pump causing thousands of dollars in repairs.
